The more listings displayed on your site, the more likely you'll have additional leads generated from your site. However, as you may or may not know at this time, TREB has opted out of participating in any Broker reciprocity programs, however, at iNetProfessional, we have taken all steps into strong consideration on how to handle this on every level possible.

Agent to Agent Reciprocity: Have a partner? No problem - Share your listings with a colleague or display their listings on your site. Our system was designed to be flexible enough such that we can easily control multiple agent listings on each site as long as we have the each agent and broker's approval to do so.

Office Reciprocity: Has your broker and all the agents agreed to share everyone's listing on each of your sites? Our system can handle this on multiple levels, even if someone has omitted from his program - just let us know who, and we'll make sure that there will be no issues for anyone.

TREB Reciprocity: Coming soon - We're currently polling how many brokers are willing to have their listings shared with every agent on our system. We've already designed the system and have had some interest shown from multiple brokers. Following all of TREB's regulations, we have made sure that we have the approval of each agent and their respective broker to be able to participate in this program.
